At PUKAS SURF SHOP, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fins, leashes, or apparel tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
