Stock surfboards are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. For custom shapes, the lead time is generally 4 to 6 weeks depending on the specifications and glassing requirements.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our surfboards and apparel worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of the board.
What is your return policy on technical gear?
We accept returns on unused apparel and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Please note that surfboards are final sale unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
How are surfboards protected during shipping?
We use specialized heavy-duty cardboard boxes and multi-layer bubble wrap protection to ensure your board arrives in perfect condition. Every shipment is fully insured for your peace of mind.
Can I track my order?
